  Why this file exists.

orvi.dev is a new domain with no inbound links, and Cloudflare's default robots.txt is 24
lines of explanatory comment carrying no directives at all - no User-agent, no Disallow, and
no Sitemap. So nothing was telling Google the site existed, and as of 2026-10-04 none of its
  pages were in the index.

That matters beyond discoverability: OAuth branding verification kept failing with
complaints that do not match the live pages ("home page is behind a login", "privacy policy
has insufficient content") while every one of those claims measured false. An empty index is
consistent with that - a reviewer or an automated check working from the index rather than a
live fetch has nothing to read, and "unable to confirm compliance" is exactly what you would
  report.

Four pages, which is all of them. /auth/callback.html is deliberately absent: it is an OAuth
redirect target, not a page anyone should land on from a search result.
